While designing our maps takes its fair share of artistic vision and technical design skills, when it comes to mining trail data, we take a more analogue approach. We put our boots on, grab our packs and hit the trail, logging the scenic views, access points, campsites and other features that make our maps unique and make planning your trip even easier. With one of our backcountry maps in front of you, you can fully immerse yourself in the big picture of your adventure...something you just can’t do on a mobile device. We have a long distance trail, how can we get UG to make map or series of maps for our trail?
We love working with other organizations to help them get their trail mapped. We develop maps that are beneficial to all parties involved. Drop us a line and we will be happy to explain the process (info@ugeographics.com).
How can we sell UG maps in our store?
We wholesale our maps to many retailers. There is a minimum purchase order of 24 units to receive a wholesale price. It does not matter how many different titles you purchase as long as it is 24 units or greater. For example, you can purchase 8 units of three different titles to reach your 24 minimum (info@ugeographics.com).
Do you sell anything other than maps?
Yes we usually develop merchandise for any long-distance trail that we map. Check out our store.
What is considered a long-distance trail?
There is not a hard set rule, but generally speaking any trail over 80 miles in length.
How can we become a sponsor on one of your maps?
Easy, give us money and we’ll put your logo on there. Space is limited to four sponsor per map (info@ugeographics.com).
Does UG only map hiking trails?
No, we love all kinds of recreation. We have maps of hiking, biking, paddling, equestrian, and OHV/ATV trails.
Is UG a federal contractor?
Yes, we have worked for the Department of Agriculture/Forest Service.
